Hi guys,
Another BOS question! I had arrangement with them but income down plus January tax bill due. Sent revised offer letter with cheque for reduced amount, paid in cheque but deny any knowledge of letter! Strange that isn't it!
To get straight to the point I have seen letters on the forum regarding contact with BOS and asking for "a true copy of the original executed consumer credit agreement" between me and them which I guess is something that means I owe them the debt (£16000 loan + CC) rather than the Halifax. I know they are the "debt boys" for the Halifax BUT if I write this letter and they can't provide this paperwork what does it actually mean? Can I stop paying them? Do I have to pay it to the Halifax? Or is this a grey area that means they have shifted ownership of my debt without my approval and therefore I don't have to repay anybody!!!!
I don't deny I owe this money and I just want to be able to pay it back as quickly as possible and at a rate that I can afford not one that BOS bully out of me!
Any ideas and/or letter template details would be wonderful
Many thanks,

Hi anyone with advice regarding this situation.
Have an unsecured loan RBS - the bank which brought the country to its knees - now that I am redundant my installments have had to be reduced.
This was not good enough for RBS either pay full amount 16,000 as I am unable to do this RBS served me papers judgement for Claimant.
I had my hearing and shocked the Judge recommended to go bankrupt this is what its for - a flippent remark. Lose my home - when MPs have two homes being paid for them - we have an unfair & unreasonable system in this country.
The court fees and the judgement have been added to my account which are £800 this is crazy.
RBS will add interest daily were they have a Judgement. I have spoken to Financial Ombundsman with a complaint as the RBS have shown no support and they are acting unreasonable and I feel like a victim.
What can I do where I can I go for help0
