Send any correspondence to the supermarket / newspaper by recorded delivery so you have proof they received it.

This free bag you got from the newspaper, is there no branding on the bag? Surely there was a point to giving away the free bag which was distributed free if you bought a newspaper at a supermarket? It must have been publicity for something, does it have the Supermarket logo on it or the newspaper logo?
What i am trying to say is , is it the free jute bag given away with the Daily Record through Morrisons supermarket in Scotland? There was branding on the bag, you should contact them, they have a website. I have one of these bags and its been fine so far. They gave away thousands of them, you can't be the only one with this problem if the dye is running. Could just be a batch of them?0 -
Just a quickie... surely if the dye came out of the bag this easily, it should come out of the carper equally easily?Worse things will have happened in the world today..."The only thing that really matters, it to love and to be loved."0
