Estate Agent hosts Clearance Sale!

Seems like this estate agent is talking to vendors, and finding out which ones want to sell by reducing price to current levels:

Of course these places need reducing. They are so darn over priced. There are some houses being built my way kicking off at £249K, built on a bit of ground just outside the city, not a nice area. Seeing sold signs outside a number of them. wonder if they are telling the truth?0
