I presume that you are in the B&CE scheme. Whilst £5 is the minimum that the employer has to contribute, the CIJC Working Rule Agreement recommends that employers match operative contributions up to £10 per week.
It might be worth checking to see if your employer does follow the Working Rule Agreement and then you possibly get them to match to £10 per week.Today is the first day of the rest of your life0 -

yes your right it is the B&CE scheme that im in i have read that they should be putting in £10 im just trying to find out how to get my employer to actually pay in the £10 as i have been paying in £30 per week for over 2 years and they never upped their contribution from the minimum (which was only £3 until recently i believe)0 -

That's right. It increased from £3 to £5 at the end of June.Today is the first day of the rest of your life0
