was in stock, took my money and then had the cheek to email me 2 hours later telling me the item was actually out of stock but more were coming in but meantime they had refunded my money.
naturally I have advised them of the Sale of Goods ACT and their obligations but surprise, surprise no response.
quite simple, they supply the goods or I take them to court.
someone needs to teach guys like this a lesson.0 -
