I have tried this code on a Desktop 3100. It says "Well done! Your coupon has just entitled you to a 30% discount" But when I go through checkout it hasn't took off the discount

it only works on SELECTED items - and not on any comp packages AFAIK unfortunately

You don't want to buy a computer from Dell - believe me I've had three replacements, all were faulty and now they are refusing to correspond with or speak to me :mad:

Unless this is the type of Customer Service you expect then buying from Dell probably isn't best
