Hi, I just picked one up in the shops in hatfield, hertfordshire, they had 19 in stock. I havent used it yet, waiting to move back to uni halls to assemble it. But before I open it and use it, those of you who have bought it, what do you think of it? is it comfy to work on?will it make a good computer chair?does it massage well or does it get useless after a week?

My uncle bought it an i tried it out. It's actually pretty good for the price. I went straight out and bought one from the huddersfield comet(they've still got a few as i only bought mine today). that's one of the reasons i bought mine. to use it as a computer chair. It does actually look very proffessional and also has a button on the remote for heat. couldn't believe it! it even heats you up whilst sitting on it! hehehehehe! for £59 you cant go wrong at all.

  • my dad disagrees with me, he says the chair won't last a year!he would much rather I got one from costco for 130 pounds which doesnt even have a massager but is more comfy. And another silly question, does the footrest do anything special, like massage or heat up etc or is it just a footrest?

yes the footstool connects to under the chair with a simple adaptor and that also then massages. It can be used without connecting it also however you would obviously not be massaged on your feet!
As to how strong the chairs are - i thought that they were very sturdy and tough material style chairs. the look extyremely good, are comfortable and do seem very tough. only time will tell i suppose as to whether they will last or not.

Yes, it has a rocket attatched to it so you can travel with ease around your chosen room! LOL , no i think its just a regular footrest, nothing snazzy

The footrest isn't just a regular footrest. It can be connected directly to the chair with a wire that is underneath the footrest and that will then also massage your feet.

How did this chair hold up over the past 12 months? I coveted one last Christmas but procrastinated and they soon disappeared. However, Comet now have a similar model reduced from £149.99 to £74.99 - and it's not even the January sales yet! Would love any feedback before I jump in and get one.
