Just wanted to answer a few questions, in case anyone was worried!

Most importantly: If someone else has received their voucher and you haven’t this does not mean you are not getting a voucher.

We stated right from the start of the Amazon Challenge that all vouchers would be sent out by DECEMBER 10.

Not everyone will get their vouchers at the same time because we are sending them out in batches, and the timing depends on a few things, including when you completed your 50 reviews, when our quality control guys check your reviews, and when Amazon send out the vouchers using their system.

Please do not email [EMAIL="feedback@qype.com"]feedback@qype.com[/EMAIL] if you have not received your voucher yet, as this will clog up our email queue unnecessarily and the people who have genuine inquiries will have to wait longer for a reply.

Similarly, please don't message me directly if you have not had a voucher yet. I cannot respond to individual inquiries as it takes up too much time. Of course, I’m happy to answer questions regarding the site etc, but you should check our FAQ and the terms and conditions of the promotion before you message me as you might find an answer there.
