Estimated Total Remaining Debt£10413.76Estimated Completion DateMay 2011*

* with payments of 350 a month

creditors:
Barclaycard - 471.52
Capital One - 18756.74
HFC - 1456.52
Bank of Scotland - 694.58
TSB Card - 1431.70
TSB OD - 150.46
TSB Loan - 3415.20
Aktiv Capital - 693.78
Lowell - 223.26

I've just had a phone call from TSB (a nice one actually) who say I owe nothing to my OD and my loan is only 849.52. The thing is if I tell Payplan this they will re work my payments meaning it will decrease to my loan and at the rate I'm at now I'll have it cleared in 6 months. I don't want TSB to start contacting me loads again or add interest but I don't want to continue paying something I don't owe.

I should only owe 7002.98 (not quiet as I owe Barclaycard more than about)meaning in 20 months I'll have everything paid off.

I'm going in on Monday to change my address and find out what I owe on my card if possible.

What should I do this about?

I have just been into TSB to change my address and ask for my balances.

Loan - started on DMP with 6559.62 paid off 3144.42 balance is 5170 so thats 85 a month
OD - started on DMP with 288.91 paid off 138.45 balance is around 500 so thats -6.08

I might as well give up and accept the fact I will never get rid of my debt. A second job is hard to find, even if they ask for evening/weekend shift they want people without other jobs so they can be flexible.

Payplan won't ask for any interested thats has been added to be removed till the end of my plan and that is October 2010!!

DO NOT give up!!! the road to debt freedom is long and there will be pot holes and trip hazards galore along it. this is one of those times. I recently had a "it's never going to be gone" moment and fell off the wagon spectacularly. i'd hate to see someone else do the same thing.
Keep that chin up. keep plodding on and it WILL go in the fullness of time. You say you can't find a second job, do you follow any of the up your income tips from here?
Keep going hon it CAN be done and you WILL be debt free

    Hi debrag

Where did the figures from the phonecall in the first post come from? Do you know what department you were dealing with? Any idea why the amounts they are quoting are so different?

Have you requested a copy of your credit agreement from the creditors?
Have you tried reclaiming bank charges or credit card charges?
