On the amounts of the of the debts, the figure is going to be changing all the time between now and my date, do I have to put approx next to every amount and if so even next to the total on unsecured creditors
I have 3 weeks to go before my date, now the forms are almost done, what should I do now, is there anything I can be getting together for OR.
I still feel that i will get to the court on the 5th and something will go wrong:eek:

Leave them alone. You have finished them - otherwise they will drive you slowly mad.
When you speak to the OR, tell them that the amounts were approx. It will be fine - they will check with each creditor anyway. As long as you are putting in a good ballpark figure, it will be OK.0 -
Thanks, yes they are sending me mad.
I had them all filled out today, 2 handwritten statement of affairs, my court did not want 3, only 3 petitions. Then I read the booklet from the court and it said put exact amounts or write approx, so thats why I put the thread.
I just want it to be over.0 -
You'll be just fine on the 5th. Don't worry about the amounts of your debt, if you're out by a bit it won't make the slightest difference the OR will sort it out and would most likely expect them to be slightly off.
