Is Fridge on its way out? Frozen Vegetables in Veg Tray!

I woke up to discover all my veg are frozen and stuck to the tray in the bottom of the fridge part of the fridge freezer. Having pulled out the tray, there doesn't appear to be any other issues other than it being cold. Its a Bosch frost free fridge freezer and is about 10 years old.
The fridge temperature indicator is showing 3 degrees and dropping:eek: so I have switched the fridge off for the moment (freezer works separately) and had to bin most of the veg (apart from that which I quickly bunged into a stew into the SC first thing:D ).

Anyone had this before??

It sounds like your thermostat is faulty. I had something like this happen when I defrosted my fridge once, I had nudged the thermostat loose while wiping out the icebox. That was easy to put back, but if you haven't done that, I don't know how to fix it.
