Hsbc, Activ Capitol, Lowell Finance Help!!

Hi Everyone,

Wanted To Know If Activ Capitol Are In Any Way Involved With Hsbc???
Just Recieved My Credit Report And Ther Are Two Defaults Dating Back To 2003 With Activ Capitol, However I Am Only Recieving Threats From Lowell Finance For 2 Accounts On The Behalf Of Hsbc, And The Amounts They Are Demanding Differ From Those On My Credit Report!!

Can Anyone Help As This Is Getting Confusuing

Would not worry about it too much , your credit rating is shoot to pieces now anyway . You can only deal with the people that are hassling you. Concentrate on dealing with Lowlife F first . Have you recieved a notice of assignment from them ? You should not deal with them until they have shown they have the authority . Secondly Request a CCA for each account .

hi there,
i havn't made any contact with lowell at all. according to my credit report these debts were defaulted on 11/02/2003, therfore im hoping to string it out till feb next year , then they can go whistle.

also would experian have all the details i nedd or do i also need my credit report from equifax??
