I got a call off a friend this afternoon who works for tesco maintenance, after speaking to a branch manager he confirmed they will be dropping the price to £5 per pack tonight, wether its nationwide i dont know.

If this does happen whats the chance of taking my receipt in for the six boxes i bought at £6.99 and getting the difference refunded? do tesco do that?

this would be good if they did. please let us know if anyone spots it today so i can venture up this arvo.

i would take them in with reciept-get refund then go buy new ones off shelf. no problem. they will only go and put them straight back on shelf anywya!!

I have been to my local Tesco today and they were selling some cases for £4.50 just because the case was damaged! All bottles were fine:j
