I want wireless headphones

Options
Need some reasonable wireless headphones up to £40 to use in my home threatre amp to play music.

Can anyone recommend some.

I see some on 7dayshop for £17.99

But am usnure if there okay. I had some wireless headphone many years ago worked on FM and there were pants and they werent at the time the cheap end of market, sounded like a poor radio and when moved quickly you got that noise you get with FM radios.

Not sure if there are any better

AFAIK 'FM' stands for 'frequency modulation', not for some specific frequency range. Most of (all?) FM headphones work in this frequency range.
Other more known brands below £30:

Thanks for your help. I know what FM is just wondered what RF other than radio frequency was, and how it compared with FM. I check your links out, I appreciate your help. Thanks

Ashy is the sound okay. Do you get the noise like when you move a FM radio. That wooshhh sort of noise. Cheers
  • hmm, poppycat, on the first day there was no woosh noise, but today I messed about with the tune scroll thingy on it and couldn't get the sound back to perfect. I'll let you know if I manage to figure out the problem. Have you got one?

I ordered one last night from Play, I thought I may as well because I going to order a dvd in any case.
  • right managed to move the tuner a bit, and now its fixed, perfect sound no woosh sound, you just have to fiddle with the tuner and then make sure u never touch it. So when you recieve it from the box and connect it and the sound is perfect, dont touch the tuner or you'll regret it!
  • well Sennheiser is one of the most famous makes for headphones. In the picture the headphone is attached to the base in the way shown, but I can't get it attached to the base, maybe its just a computer trick they've done to make them look better.
