Fake Christmas Trees

Can someone help, I have always bought a real tree at christmas, but due to finances this year i wanted to buy a fake one. Does anyone know of a good fake tree for about £40. Well £40 max?

I was in B&Q yesterday and they have 1/3 off 6ft trees. Some very nice ones there.Think it's about time the comping fairy remembered where I am! lol0
