Sorry but there is no get out in law for trying to keep up with the jones and lack of judgement.... I am sure you were all satisfied with the figures at the time otherwise you would not of signed, but your circumstances have changed and you all are looking for a get out clause..i am afraid there is not one..
next time get a 2k car and you will only owe 3k,,amazing but true..
It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.
  • I have a car credit agreement with ACF it is on a four year term I was told it was finance and although the payments were hi I could return the car for a new one or end the agreement after two years I was not told it was a bill of sale. As it has been two years I called the finance company to return the car but they did not want to know and gave me the no: to the funding corporation and this is how I found out it was a bill of sale and this is why I believe I was mis-sold this agreement if I had been told it was a bill of sale I would not have signed as no second hand car on an 05 plat is worth £ 18.000 also i was taken through the document but nothing was explaned to me about the bill of sale all the talk was about the money and being able to end the agreement I need help
  • Help......
  • What does it say in the agreement you signed?
