What have you spent today - 27/12/05

I thought I would start the thread off this morning… gosh it’s so early. Looked out of the window and Kent is covered in snow…good grief. Was up really early this morning, about 4:30 am as the sleep pattern is shot…. It's all this Christmas excitement….not – hee hee :p

Oh yes…what have I spent today? Well nothing at the moment but will need to pop out and get some fresh milk so will edit this note later today.

Back again... Popped out to the local shop and bought just some milk and choccy bars. Total amount today £3.47.

If you woke up early, you will have turned a light on. Did you have the heating on? You must have opened the fridge door to know you need milk! So it is snowing, did you put the telly on to see if the rest of the country has come to a stand still? Hey I know for a fact you turned the PC on!!! Make a coffee??

I am watching you!! I can see that you have spent a fair bit so far already.

Maybe so, but you also have to remember that how you go about something also contributes to the outcome.

Leave the house early to get milk will cost more than leaving it till a little later.

Have spent nothing so far, and don't intend to! We could do with more milk, but will have to make do with what we have! The last time either of us went out in this weather (icy and a bit of snow in Leicester), I spent a whole day rebuilding the front of Hubby's car after a slight bump! With 3 weeks to go until I have 4 years No-claims bonus, I have no intention of going anywhere until the middle of January '06!
