I ordered a pair on the 17th and still awaiting delivery. How long have other people waited as it says 2-5 day delivery? Wondering if I should chase up - yes I know they were free but I did pay £2.49 p & p!!"If you dream alone it will remain just a dream. But if we all dream together it will become reality"0

I ordered 4 pairs (seperately) on 17th/18th Nov. 3 of them arrived really quickly but still waiting for the 4th.
Just emailed them and they were very helpful and they said it appears my order matches a trend of missing items that they despatched on the same day.
They are investigating with Royal Mail, but in the meantime would send me another pair.
Really pleased with that as in their terms and conditions it did say they were not responsible for non delivery.
Fab customer service. :T
I suggest that people who ordered on 17th try contacting them.now has her .com delivery but doesnt know where to put it

If they don't arrive I shall have to go out and buy some, as I told my little grand-daughter I had ordered her some to keep in the cupboard with grandads!
