Advice re joint loan

Hi all
I'm on on DMP with cccs for my own debts and DH is currently negotiating with his own creditors to accept reduced payments, he is self employed so it's easier for him to do it himself.
Question though, we have a joint loan that DH pays (CCCS know about this and gave there blessing) but now he wants to negotiate reduced payments for that too.
Should we tell them (Northern Rock) that I am on DMP or not mention it, and wondering what the liklihood of them accepting reduced payments is? There are no arrears on this loan by the way.
Thanks.
