I was in Tesco last night, and overheard the sales assistant confirm the 20% is across the whole range, and includes jewellery, undies and nightwear.

Thats what I thought until I got home and realised that I had not been given the 20% off a waterproof coat that I picked up in the menswear dept. I went back and they tried to tell me it was not included in the 20% promotion as it was sporting goods???!!! I said that I felt very cheated and asked to speak to the store manager. I got the deputy manager who also felt that this was unfair and refunded me the 20%.

In my Tesco, they had a range of sporting clothes downstairs away from the clothes section, but even that had the discounted signs on.
