gave 3 months notice whilst on maternity

Hi all i have given my employer 3 months notice whilst i am on maternity leave my maternity is not due to run out till april but wanted to be honest with my colleagues and empoyer so gave it in now. because i will run into the new year can any1 tell me if im still entitled to holiday pay i should have had 22 days and does any1 know how this breaks down please

Isn't there something about maternity leave that if you take it then don't go back you owe the employer? Or am I completely making this up? I've never taken maternity leave so am probably wrong!

zoeleigh u only have to pay it back if the company gives u something my company gives me the basic that they claim bk from the government so u r right and wrong but tar
