    You should be able to get turkey mince from either Asda or Tesco. I've seen it in my local stores.

    I agree, I freeze all meats and fish - I just make sure they are well defrosted (someone already mentioned taking out the freezer the night before) and cooked thoroughly as normal.

    I also buy some meat with 'woops' type stickers and freeze them immediately.
