Fresh or Frozen meat?

Hi AndieJagain,
You should be able to get turkey mince from either Asda or Tesco. I've seen it in my local stores.0 -
i freeze any meat, cant see the harm in it unless it has already been frozen on the way to the shop. But fresh meat means it is fresh not previously frozen.
I agree, I freeze all meats and fish - I just make sure they are well defrosted (someone already mentioned taking out the freezer the night before) and cooked thoroughly as normal.
I also buy some meat with 'woops' type stickers and freeze them immediately.0
