I did it for a while and found I'd earnt 12 quid, the search really is dire, yahoo is rubbish so I stopped using it!

I got paid once from it a few months ago with no problems and now I'm waiting for another payment at the end of this month for £25.
They are just really unorganised and couldn't cope with the volume of people that were accessing their site.

I got paid in March and then May. I was meant to be paid again in October but they said accounts were working on it and they loads of people to pay etc. I went and checked later and my payment date has been pushed back to 16-31 December and they haven't replid to my email other than to say they have passed on my email to accounts. It seems to be since they changed names.

ive been waiting on a payment for months now is now up to £53. i have emailed twice and been told that their finance team are working on it. was really wanting the money for christmas but no joy.

Certainly not a scam, I set the search box up in IE and basically forgot about it. The only time I remembered was when they deposited the money into my account.

Same here - they seem to be really behind.
I'v changed my payment type to in my bank rather than paypal because what I wanted it for for Xmas doesnt apply anymore but the £ would definitely come in handy!

have to agree that the search results aren't the best, I definitely prefer using google, haven't reached payout threshold yet, getting there slowly but surely.

Same here...........even I tried to email them and it comes back undeliverable..........shame...

Actually my account has been cancelled by them 2 months back......and tried to contact them regarding that.........but NO LUCK...!!!!!!!!

And the strange thing is though my account is cancelled I can log into my account but cannot do the searches......

Finally I have given up with them..........I had never seen such a bad customer service.............just giving the users a USELESS HOPE.......:rolleyes:
