Removing Father from birth certificate

Hi, i wasnt sure where else to put this really.
I got the final results of my dna test the CSA has done and its proven im not the father, im waiting to get my money back from them,
But in the mean time, does anyone know how i go about removing myself from the birth certificate? Ive tried looking all online, btu i cant seem to find any info.

The csa have already got the ball rolling, we are getting the money back in a lump sum from them.0

just a quick question ,did you have good relationship with the child that you have just found isn,t yours,as i think it would prob be hard on both of you's if you weren't allowed to see the child,if that's what you would like0

i had a very good relationship. i made the descision not to see the child very recently and its very raw and hard. but i think its for the best0
