I had a letter from the OR yesterday with details of my IPA arangement - £100 per month. Thing is I can't remember what I put down, as I was really stressed when filling it out (filled it out in the OR office) They haven't included my SOA, so I am going to write to them to request a copy of it and dispute what they have said I can pay as I am sure I have forgotton something, plus bills have gone up since filled it in, they did however increase my clothing allowance from £10 - £50 per month to be within guidelines.
Has anyone else disputed and had a positive outcome?

There have been several members who have negotiated their agreements, as that what it is an agreement. As you have said get hold of the SOA that the OR finally agreed on so you can check it through. Pop it up here when you have it and the folks will check it out for you.BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0
