There are some creditors with many hundreds of thousands invested in the PMS. Some of these are individuals, some are congregations and some are organisations. They will probably (subject to the court's decision) get all their money back and at that stage we can all agree they will be wealthy.
There is a moral issue here.
Why are creditors that the Administrator took soundings from insisting they get their money first? Have they considered the consequences of this position? Are we not all in this together?0 -
i agree. what on earth was the point of the vote where 88.6% of members decided on an even distribution!? surely it's 1member=1 vote and NOT 1pound=1 vote!0

All I can say is that I hope that the deal with the bank is the right one for all of you that are affected and that you get most if not all of your savings back.
