PPI reclaiming success

This is to say a huge thank you to everyone that helped me on this site.
I reclaimed my PPI for a loan from Lloyds TSB. I wrote 2 letters the first was the excellent template from this site and the second was a response regarding 'age' and 'illnesses'.
I have had a response from Lloyds TSB today and we have successfully claimed back £2076.82 plus interest accrued.
Both myself and my husband are extremely happy and again would like to thank you all.
We first wrote to Lloyds TSB to claim back our PPI as we only have a small amount left to pay to be totally debt free. The response from Lloyds TSB was not what we expected, but they wanted further details based on my husbands age and what specific illnesses he had when we took out the loan. We explained that my husband was 64 when the loan was taken out and at the age of 65 the terms and conditions changed, however we were not made aware of this, we were also not told about not being able to claim for any of my husbands exsiting medical conditions....so based on this we have managed to be successful in this claim.
Thank you all again...we are now soooo happy and only owe now £138 to be completely debt free.
