mortgage arrears( re capitlisation)

Hi all,
Just thought id let you know that not all mortgage lenders want to reposses your house, I have 2 morgage accounts with the yorkshire bank (dont know why its for the same house) but i have been in arrears with them for over a year paying back small amounts every month. The total arrears now stand at £1320 and £1260. I have been in contact with them constantly and they have been very understanding. They have now suggested that I re capitalise my morgage. This will wipe out any arrears as it will be added to my morgage and repayed over the remaining time. I will be paying less than I am now, an extra £75 a month on each account and I will be back in the black with them.
If anyone else is struggleing to re pay their mortgage arrears maybe you should give this a try.
I find out the payments at the end of next week and if i am happy with them it can be done by the next day.One less debt to worry about.
