How do I use pre-shampoo hair elixir?!

I have just treated myself to some Avon rose oil hair elixir (I was buying xmas presents so thought I would buy myself something too
) but it doesnt say on the bottle how to use it!!!!
The website just says it is a pre-shampoo treatment, so I am guessing that you probably rub a little bit on your hair then wait a while before you shampoo it out.
Anyone like to hazard a guess as to how long I should leave it etc?!
It's a bit stupid that it doesnt tell you on the bottle!!!!!

You could try e-mailing them and asking them. Also I know on some of their products the top layer of the label comes away and the instructions etc are underneath.Did owe £9,951.96

Thats quite a good idea, although they probably wouldnt know either lol!
I did peel back the label, but it just said the name of the product in about a hundred different languages underneath!0 -
It's not for the Avon one but I found this which might help.
Use as a pre-shampoo treatment for dry hair.
Usage Instructions for damaged and split ends:
use as a regular pre-shampoo treatment on dry hair.
Measure out 1 capful using the markings on the bottle.
Apply to the hair, smoothing along the strands.
Rub the dry ends in one lock at a time between your fingers to help the product to penetrate
Obviously you might need to experiment with the amount you use as obviously the one capful is for the one I found on the net.Did owe £9,951.96

Thanks lynseydee that is very helpful!
I still think it is strange that they dont put instructions on the bottle!0 -
Is it any good? What results did you see? I have been using Ojon, but its expensive. I have dry but thin hair. Need a conditioning treatment thats not too oily. Would be interested in your comments.0

Diane (and anyone that is interested!), the avon oil is quite good. It smells gorgeous, and is kind of a bit like a gel as well as an oil so it is quite easy to rub it through your hair, and comes off your hands quickly afterwards!
I thought my hair seemed a bit softer and shinier after using it, but it is hard to tell as you cant really remember what it was like before can you?! But it wasnt expensive, so it is probably worth trying it if you think you might like it!0
