Help please - First Credit Legal Procedings

I have just received a letter from First Credit saying they intend to start legal procedings. This relates to a debt they took on from Goldfish, with whom I had made an arrangement to pay a monthly amount. I wrote on Sept 19th, asking for a copy of the CCA, but this has not been forthcoming. I have sent two payments to First Credit in the meantime, to show willing. What should I do now? What happens if they get a charging order against my house? Advice really needed.

    Hi

What happens now is that legally, they cannot pursue you in court for this debt, as long as you make sure any judge knows that the CCA is missing.

This is frightner designed to get you to cough up.

You need to send a 123+2 day bog off letter to 1st credit and I mst go m=now.
If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing

At this stage its just threats , so do not worry . This very comman tactics to try and get you to pay more . Did you send a default letter after the time limit was up ? Did you request a notice of assignment ? I myself have had several final notice letters , even after not recieving a copy of a CCA .
