Chocolate Biscuits :)

Popped into town earlier to Home Bargains, and got a bag full of various chocolate biscuits (of which I am a big fan) for under a fiver, including the nice ainsley harriot ones just 49p a pack and some chocolate sandwich ones for just 39p a pack...
Much cheaper than the 'big 4' supermarkets, though not sure if that is a good thing or not, as I now have the arduous task of eating them all... what a chore!

In the probably unlikely event that I actually post something of use to someone, an ickle vote of thanks would be much appreciated, in fact I might frame it and put it up on the wall next to my cycling proficiency certificate

I could help you!
My mum was off to Home Bargains for me this afternoon - I get the Thirst Pockets Kitchen rolls from there, I think you get 3 for the price you pay for 2 in the supermarket. Also got the Carmex lipbalm pot which was 99p v £2.75 in Boots. Loads of great branded stuff at low prices.0 -
Yeh, it makes you wonder how they can be so much cheaper than even the 'big 4' ?
I guess they must make the profit on some of the bigger non-brand stuff that appears to be cheap, like the housewares kind of stuff, but probably has very good mark-ups on? They must make some money somewhere!
Loads of nice cheapy bits for kids for christmas too, again a lot of it well known brands at half price - some of it last years hot sellers like Harry Potter etc., but who cares?!In the probably unlikely event that I actually post something of use to someone, an ickle vote of thanks would be much appreciated, in fact I might frame it and put it up on the wall next to my cycling proficiency certificate
