I dont know about Tesco, but i can't see why not. I did it in Asda last week. Hubby bought a size to small for our boy and they didn't have a problem changing it for me.0

I bought some in Asda once & unfortunately did not keep the receipt & that size started rubbing LO so I tried to take them back & they would not swap them....so I went across the road to Boots who swapped them no problem!!!! Yay for Boots!
