Hi
New to this forum which has already been a great help to me. I'm stuck on filling out the income questions on the SOA.
Both my partner and I are going BR. On the SOA what do you put for the question - how much do other members of household contribute to household expenses?
I am on incapacity benefit of £373 and my partner's take home pay is £825 a month.
Hope this makes sense and hope someone can help,
Thanks weecelticstar

Not sure if you've looked here but if not it provides some great help with the form filling

When I filled out my forms I included my wife's income and gave a figure that left some money for my wife's own personal expenses, then in the extra information section include a breakdown of how our income was spent. You could also include a note that you are both going BR ( I am presuming you are completing two SOAs).~:staradmin~BR January 15th 2008 ~:staradmin~*~:staradmin~*~*~E.D. Good luck for tomorrow. I put a very basic SOA on my BR form and did a more detailed on for my interview. It doesn't look like you will have any surplus if your only income is incapacity benefit so no worry for you and your wife's income looks low enough to avoid one too. Do you get housing benefit or anything else.
You could always post up your SOA here so we can have a final look.
Good luck for tomorrow - come back and let us know how it goes.
