Hi, posted before and just starting to plough my way through the SOA, the county court wouldn't allow me to book a hearing date without first completing this.
Self employed publican.
On the assets, it asks what leasehold property I have and the value, well I do have a lease, it's not really worth much with the present pub trade climate, plus, I owe the landlord about 15k and he could have evicted me ages ago, when I tell him I'm going bankrupt, he probably will evict so is the answer to this section 'none' ?
Any help appreciated
