Hi
My mother couldn't find our pegs on a recent visit and so, went to buy a new pack from the cheap shop.
They have proved to be rubbish and break as you use them. So, I have a pack of the springy wooden pegs that are broken and I want to find a use for them.
I seem to remember that you can make trivets or stuff with them but don't know - do any cleaver MSE's know how to do this or have other ideas as I am not trowing them away and think I could make a good Christmas present with them!
Ideas please

Paint them, perhaps with festive colours and use them to hang and display Chritmas cards on some thread hung across the wall.
Or, you could paint them any colours (brights, retro, stripes. polka dots etc) and glue on a small round magnet and use them as fridge memo magnets.
Edited to add I have just re-read and seen that they are all broken...doh!!0 -
