I had the same kind of problem. Everything showed up as available for home delivery so I ordered after having trouble finding any in stock over the weekend.
Once my order was placed it took me to the confirmation of payment etc and then it said only the Xbox was available and not the games! I phoned their customer services a couple of times which was a waste of time and money! Then I wrote a long email to Home Retail Group which is the company Argos is part of. Since the deal I was after ended that day I missed out because of the ordering problem. The MD called me the next day and she sent me £130 in vouchers so I could still get the deal. :T
I also had proof that it was still showing as available after I had placed my order.
Got our bundle last week.

I reserved and picked up the same deal yesterday and picked it up. The games are in one box. But Comet have a better deal see link, same deal £166.00 but with two extra games PGR4 and Mario Superstar Tennis.

I wish i could take mine back now but there is a non returns policy on the wireless controller and games and i dont think they would just take the xbox back without them
