In the night garden stuff etc

Is it just me or is a lot of stuff already starting to sell out. I was checking toysrus before and all the ben 10 figures are gone - and selling at a premium on ebay. Also Upsy Daisy and Bed have already sold out at Amazon, John Lewis, Tesco and are only available in a small number of Argos Stores.
The crazy season is amongst us,
