How did i know that would happen:rolleyes:

I believe this thread is a fishing attempt and all this is just a lot of nonsense if i am being honest.

New account, create controversy and get the end result are my reasons of suspicion!

Probably someone very popular in the HPC threads with a duplicate account under another name. If only we could log IP addresses (Admin will do ;) )

Call me suspicious but i knew this would be the outcome straight from the start ;) Im surprised the house never had 50% knocked off though:D

Fishing attempt and it worked as you created a lot of controversy along with 'strengthening' the idea sellers are nuts and letting properties go for pennies:rolleyes:

You can think whatever you want to think my friend, your thinking wont change any facts and I do not see any need to explain anything to you :) All the best

True, you can believe what you want as there is no evidence for or against.

So we will see you around for quite a while now ''Steve''?

So if i check your post count again in the next 3 months it will have risen substantially or did you join MSE just to try and ruffle a few feathers?

You obviously wont be able to cause anymore controversy in the housing price threads with your current user name though, well not unless you buy multiple homes.

Time will tell my friend ;) I dont believe everything i read ;)

Didn't ruffle my feathers! My intuition tells me the posts are genuine.

Is that a new Doctor Who spin-off for the specialist market?

So Steve what made you change your mind from the 207K offer you said you were going to offer yesterday?

I kind of thought that this would happen and I think Mitchaa could be right.

You kind of spoilt the believability (is that a word?) a bit when you posted...

From my experience, you can get 15-20% off easily in today's market conditions for nice houses. If you dont get at least 20% off today then do not buy but wait. Prices are coming down everyday

But hey, I've already said that I'm naturally suspicious. . . . and confuse easily.
I don't have to run faster than the bear.....I just need to run faster than you!

Perhaps if prices are coming down he should have waited.

It would be funny if he waited until prices were rising, someone accepted his offer, then some shark comes in and gazumps him just before the signing of the contract.

Ah yes, amusement from the misfortune of others again?
Unlikely tho, considering that as I'd said, offers on many properties, I'd just move on to the next one on which there was an offer. ;)
Besides which, I'd say that the gazumping days are over for the forseeable future.
More likely to buy towards the bottom of a falling market rather than the start of a rising one, take the initial hit of a further drop but be in a better position to negotiate.

GG, a fair point. Prospective FTB then ? :D
Once actively looking at property whilst being a tennant that would make me a FTB tho, as after purchaser of course I'm no longer a buyer.

What do you mean again? You know what they say, what goes round.
