Glad you are sorted out Miss Messiah, but what did your favourite television programmes look like upside down for all that time? :D
  • Hehe, it took me back to my youth where I used to lie with my head off the end of the sofa and my legs up the wall watching TV - perhaps thats where the problems came from in the 1st place?

i find a tens machine helps with mine and if you get a small one they are discrete enough to wear at work no-one need know you are using it just put it on as the pain starts and it helps ,it may not take the pain away completely but it may delay the pain getting so bad in the afternoons

A lot of people who drive long hours like lorry drivers or bus drivers tend to get it a lot.It is best to get down to your ideal weight and do as much exercise as is possible in whatever form that may be.I must say surgery must be an absolute last resort as i know people who have suffered badly and are in even worse pain after surgery. Also there is a risk of getting crippled from surgery.

    Why do you think this?

If you have not been paid at at least NMR rate you should put in a claim.
