Hi all. Just got back from my Assertiveness training. Hmmm. Guess it was kind of useful, not a total waste of time. But it's all 'best practice' and impossible in the real world!

Hope everyone is ok this afternoon. Still way behind on comping but hope to do some this evening when I get home.

I had a good day today,didnt clean my flat as it was so nice,that I went on a bus ride and got a nice ds lite game called My Vets practice.

I am going to have a nice evening tonight,I have someone coming tomorrow to see my gas boiler as the pressure on it has dropped and never goes up a level.
