:hello: Everyone,

I went to bed early last night as I was so tired,I couldnt keep awake.I am ok today,not doing too much,fell over yesterday and hurt ankle,I had gone over some cobble stones,a nice lady came out of her shop and asked was I ok and should she call someone for me,I said no I would be fine thanks and I was,she gave me a glass of water which was lovely.I was listening to my cd player at the time and I only fall over when I have that on,so next time no music when I am out and about and I can on a bus when I am sitting.
