hiya all:D

ds been at hospital for his 3 monthly checkup and his annual review, had his yearly bloods done, bp etc, good that he is putting on weight etc and have to up his insulin again as his hba1c(tells what his overall bloods have been like over the past 3 months) was 10.1, quite high as its meants to be around 7, but was 10.2 last time so it is coming down but slowly.

He got elma cream on so he didnt feel the needle too badly, got a telling off drom his nurse as his right leg is getting quite lumpy again as he keeps injecting into the same spot! but overall quite good so fingers crossed there is nothing wrong with his blood results, this checks for thyroid probs, coeliac disease etc as this is linked to diabetes.

Your ds is very brave princess, and so are you. Glad things are improving, even if only slightly. I know what you mean about the lumpy leg - not me but a friend of mine who had to inject, it does sort itself out though.
