What Do I Do Next ??

about three weeks ago i wrote to one of my creditors ( sky card ) asking them to stop phoning me and to contact me by letter only , still getting numerous calls each day.

Any advice as to what to do next to stop calls would be appreciated

AFAIK you can report them to OFCOM, Trading Standards and The Office of Fair Trading for breaching Communications Act (2003) s.127.

and in the meantime screen your calls (where is the hug icon?!)

Hi phone them up and tell them that you have wrot to them asking this and that thay are to sop from the end of this phone call. tell them that if thay dont then you will report the to ofcom trading standards office of fair trading.
If thay carry on after that then report them, Be firm with them or thay will walk over you. dont take no for an answer. If you ask them to do this then thay have to carry out that reqest.
