Household cleaning set 20p

In my local Wilkinsons (Portsmouth) today there were loads of household cleaning sets reduced from £3 to 20p. I'm not sure what exactly was in the set (couldn't tell as lots of people were looking at them) but it was a big box and definately had a dustpan and brush in! :rotfl:

The sets mentioned have a 3 part handle, a screw on broom head, dustpan and brush, scouring brush, washing up brush and is labelled as £3 with a sticker saying 75% off.
At the till, this rings up as 3p!
The till receipt says - 99% discount!
