Another mystery shopper website

I've been with them a year now and they failed to pay me for some recent jobs lately so am not happy with them.

Grass Roots has been offering jobs to mystery shoppers for over 25 years. I first heard about them in a disability magazine around 15 years ago and made enquiries. I received several letter saying they were going to offer mystery shops to disabled people but nothing came to fruition.

Then, about three years ago I signed up and got a well-paid disabled mystery shop but that is the only disabled work I have done for them. Since then I have done many mystery shops for them but never as a disabled customer.

They have never queried my reports and have paid on time.

That's a worry. Did they give you any reasons why?

I have been using them for a few months without any problems but am a little concerned now.
