Hoodoo I actually ended up calling them yesterday and they gave me the excuse that I had been sent the WRONG e-mail. The game was despatched yesterday 07/12. The e-mail referred to I-robot which I had ordered at the same time.
Dunno what you think but I'm thinking well, dodgy! As of now still have neither!!!!!

I ordered the getaway and the eyetoy play 2 - both at £17.95 each, the order was confirmed by email but then was cancelled because my credit card was declined.

The same thing happened to me. I ordered 2 copies of the Getaway, received confirmation e-mail and a few days later had an e-mail saying my card was declined. Funny, considering I know that there is over 2 grand on it and other purchases made on it have gone through that it was so “conveniently” declined for them. >:(

It’s also weird that since "declining" my card I have a payment “in reserve/on hold” on my account for the same amount that the games were for. I’m going to be sending them a strong worded e-mail later. Why say my card is declined and then “reserve” the money? >:(

Now I'm not sure what is going on as I have had 2 e-mails from them saying that my order is being dispatched. They told me it had been dispatched on Monday!!!!!!!
