My local Trading4u does good wooden frames at cheap prices. I haven't seen any offers on recently - depends how much you want to spend.... I always find Wilkinsons the best bet for frames...cheap (but they don't look cheap!!), all different sizes and finishes and they also do the mounts which gives a better effect!
Failing that, Next do some lovely ones (may work out pricey if you wanted a few!), Sainsburys and Asda do some nice reasonable ones too and sometimes these have offers on their homewares (not sure if there's any on at the moment though!).
