Default Notices

I recently applied for my Credit Report from Experian and was shocked to see that there were 4 Default notices registered against me.
1) Barclays Bank £262 - satisfied
2) Baclays Bank = £2580 paying off at £110.00 per month
3) HFO Services which is credit card debt for £3624 which was satisified by court but not listed as satisfied?
4) Appolo Credit services £880 i'm paying off at £50.00 per monh.

I notice that on my report it states that these will be there for 6 years?? What can I do??

Please Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!
