Does anyone know if First Direct Trackers have a Collar/Floor Level which it will not go below regardless of BoE base level?

i would assume that it would have a floor but may not have a collar.
im with nationwide and my tracker has a floor - when i received my last monthly rate change notification, it had the floor listed on that, otherwise i would assume it will be within the initial documentation that you signed when you took the mortgage outsmile --- it makes people wonder what you are up to....

AFAIK there is no floor/collar with First Direct.
Lenders can vary their terms and conditions so ultimately they can do what you want, but I think you should rest easy that you are with one of the best lenders in the business.0
