How far in advance to book?

speaking as a florist. I like to be as organised as you brides so I prefer you to at least book the date with me. You dont need to decide what you want until nearer the time but at least we are both organised.
Most florists are small companies and only take on average 1 or 2 weddings per day/weekend. as they are very time consuming. So if you find a florist you like, book them to save being disappointed. Especially during the usual busy times June-September

I would book as early as possible, at least a year, especially if it's a Saturday wedding. (Although my own wedding was set for only 7 months after we set the date lol it's worked out fine because no one else seems to want a Wednesday)


My hairdresser is sometimes booked 2 years in advance for Saturday weddings.
